How to meditate on boredom

When you are bored, you can practice the following.

  1. Pay attention on state of your mind in boredom.
  2. Notice desire to satisfy physical senses.
  3. Focus your mind to the desire.

If you are familiar with the basic technique, you can try advanced techniques.

In the above step 4, also monitor whether the desire is increasing, decreasing or unchanging.
