- Calm your mind (by using a technique like mindfulness meditation or calm abiding).
- Focus your mind on a belief , whose truth you accept it as true. For example, “I am a person”. or any other ideas whether science, religion or in your life experience that you feel or think is true.
- Notice if thoughts or feelings are arising.
- If your mind wander, bring your attention gently back to the object of your meditation, which is the belief.
Alternatively, you could meditate on the state of mind in a belief.
