Mindfulness Exercise Introduction

Mindfulness exercise is a mental exercise (also known as mindfulness meditation) that develops mindfulness. You can do mindfulness exercise in your daily activities, for example, eating a meal, walking, watching TV, driving a car, riding a bus, train or airplane, waiting in line in a store, taking a shower, using a computer, shopping, lying down, and so on.
